Betsey Copp: I'm not sure you can. Some DVRs use the FAT32 format, some Ext, etc.IF it was in a format that WinXP could recognize, then you run into the problem of the drive interface. IDE, SATA, SCSI...IF the stars are in alignment, then get an external drive enclosure whose interface (see about) is supported by XP. Then connect the drive to your PC.Good luck....Show more
