They have psychiatrists and psychologists available on a sliding scale based on ability to pay. They also often have an attached pharmacy where patients can obtain medication for a nominal fee, like $5 or $10. Google your state and county name and see what pops up. This is your county mental health resource. I have never heard of employer-provided insurance coverage that provides only mental health coverage.
