Janean Guz: Usualy the first thing you can try is hard resetting the router to get the settings to default from the factory, Wich is usualy done buy unpluging the router and holding the reset and then restoring the power still holding the reset down. But this is different with some routers look it up on the support page. One thing you might want to try also is just make sure your cable from the modem to the router isnt bad or something. Also just plug your computer strait into the modem, to make sure its not a problem with itIt is also possable that the router went bad, wich in that case contact the maker and try to get a RMA# to send it to be fixed if its under warrenty....Show more
Ivan Velazquez: I have the same router and it does that sometimes. Just hold that button down until it starts flashing then go to computer or laptop and use the Linksys monitor and click secure easy setup. That should change the screen then click next. It should say new profile and connec! t to that. Then you network should be working.
