Hong Hunkin: I think women are more worried about keeping the kitchen clean. Where man put their 100% in cooking and making something delicious. Check out my blog for my recipes.http://jaypuri.blogspot.com/
Brittney Inabnit: My guy is much slower and less neat.
Adan Stribble: Men usually cook more meat and higher fat content foods than woman. Men do more grilling and deep frying and women do more baking and steaming.
Tom Romer: My man is an excellent cook but he sure does use a lot of pans, bowls, utensils, dishes. But I don't mind, I clean up and he cooks.
Leif Andreason: I think women keep the kitchen tidier while cooking than men, in general women make healthier food and give more thought to specific flavors so the meal is cohesive vs. throwing everything from the spice rack on the meal :)That said, I like when my BF cooks. He actually DOES cook healthy even though he destroys the kitchen and uses every spice/herb in there. Also, I think wome! n have a bit more attention to detail in the kitchen and that's why women, on average, are more interested in baking and are therefore better at it than men. Ex. You can throw a little of this and that on chicken and in the oven it goes BUT to make a cake, you need very specific measurements of flour, butter, eggs etc....Show more
Johnnie Pummill: women cant cook woth sssttt
Jon Bergmeier: my husband cooks so much better then me and i don't know why he is just a good cook i guess
Toby Women: I don't think a persons sex has anything to do with whether they are a better cook or not than the opposite sex, no offense "J."My father, and Grandfather were professional chiefs! My family has been in the restaurant business for over 60 years and I think that it is the to care and love that a person puts into their cooking that makes the difference! My dad taught my mother to cook, and after a while there were things that she made better than he did. Also she cooked! for the family, 4 to 8 of us at a time, my dad and grandfathe! r cooked for 60 to 80 at a time. One thing that I will agree with the responses already given, is the fact that men do use more pots and pans when it comes to cooking!!! I know, growing up I had to was pots and pans after either of my parents cooked dinner, and with my mom it took only 5 to 10 minutes to wash and dry the pots and pans! With my dad, oh BOY, it could take 30 minutes to wash and dry!!!!I guess it is because men think one pot for one item, and women think one pot for the whole meal if possible! LOL!HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL THE MOMS OUT THERE!!God Bless and Peace!...Show more
Ardath Templer: Here's my theory, and keep that in mind - like Darwin's "theory of evolution", it's ONLY a theory! But here's what I think - guys are more willing to experiment when it comes to cooking. They look @ a recipe and think "Hmmm - if a LITTLE chili pepper is in the recipe, I bet some MORE would make it test better!" not neccessarily worrying about whether you can actually e! at it or not. They are courageous in the kitchen, which makes for some interesting dishes. Women, on the other hand, tend to follow the recipe, to ensure proper results every time and a dish that will result in being edible. They may "color outside the lines" a little, but are less likely to ad-lib or substitute ingredients in a recipe....Show more
