what is the swing dance?

Justin Casten: It's a dance family very popular between the 30's and 50's.Th e variations include:lindy hop,charleston,west coast swing,east coast swing,hand dancing,boogie woogie,jive,acrobatic R&Roll, etc.In the 80's,the vatiation jive and even in these days, is very popular.The Glen Miller Orchestra is a good example to liste the swing music.
